Will the proposed trail underpass at Kearns Boulevard be built at the same time as the hotel?

The proposed hotel redevelopment will provide a beautified landscape zone (“buffer zone”) along Park Avenue and Kearns Boulevard featuring a wide multi-use path that leads to the entry of the current tunnel design. As a public project facilitated by Park City Municipal, the city holds the keys to the tunnel construction.
