Central location next to shops, cafes, groceries and transit.
2ND FLOOR PRIVATE TERRACE

Gateway Beautification
Generous landscaped frontage will replace surface parking, beautifying the entry corridor into Park City’s commercial corridor.
A waterwise green belt enhances the perimeter around Park Avenue and Kearns Boulevard. The new open space will host a multi-use trail, courtyards and flexible community gathering space.
Connectivity
1800 Park’s prime location offers a chance to enhance connections within Bonanza Park to popular trails like the Rail Trail, Poison Creek, and McLeod Creek. A new 12-foot-wide trail with green space will transform the intersection into a welcoming gateway.
Today, the narrow sidewalk has no separation from the highway, creating safety and snow removal concerns.
A landscaped buffer zone separates a new paved trail from Kearns Boulevard and Park Avenue.
The new multi-use trail, flanked by water-wise landscaping, will provide a safe and enjoyable experience for pedestrians and bikers.

1800 Park’s Proposed Connections
A signature trail will be created along the perimeter of Kearns Boulevard and Park Avenue. This will be the first implementation of the long-envisioned trail that will connect Bonanza Park to nearby residential neighborhoods, Main Street, Deer Valley and Kimball Junction. The entire project will be surrounded with pedestrian friendly sidewalks.
Park City Municipal has suggested a tunnel underpass linking the McLeod Creek Trail at the Olympic Plaza to the signature trail. The tunnel would emerge at the northeast corner of 1800 Park allowing foot and bike traffic to safely cross under Highway 248 (Kearns Boulevard) If Park City Municipal initiates the tunnel, 1800 Park will provide the acreage and right-of-way to connect it to the south side of the highway.

Transit
Bike, walk, bus or drive – 1800 Park will become a transit hub for Park City.
Parking
By moving parking underground, we can create more courtyards, plazas and walkways at ground-level, improving the property’s visual appeal and providing more public amenities.
In addition to underground parking, there will be 29 surface stalls in front of the south-facing shops and cafés.
Added open space
The existing 185-stall surface parking lot will be replaced with open space.
Plenty of capacity
The new underground parking garage will accommodate 250+ cars and bikes.
Recharging made Easy
EV charging capacity for cars and bikes.
Reserved Space for car share
Parking stalls reserved for car share companies, like Turo.

The buildings will be constructed with high-efficiency standards, significantly reducing energy and water consumption.
SUSTAINABLE LOCATION
The property is situated in a walkable area, close to public transportation, the trail system and with an on-site bike share station. This will minimize the need for guests to rely on cars.
WATER-WISE LANDSCAPING
